Wavelength Equity was created to acquire and grow a single business for the long term. We aim to partner with a business owner who cares deeply about the legacy they have built—and who wants to entrust their company, team, and customers to good hands.
Wavelength is led by Dino Beslic, an operator and private equity investor with a passion for building enduring businesses. Dino previously served as CFO of Authority Partners, a global software development firm that doubled in size during his tenure. In a prior role, he was a private equity investor at Grey Mountain Partners, where he partnered with founders and executives to grow their companies to the next level. Dino has a deep appreciation for what it takes to build and grow a great company.
